Clahn Construction Referral Scheme – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
The referral scheme is open to individuals aged 18 or over, residing in the UK.
Referrers can be past clients, suppliers, friends, or members of the public. Employees of Clahn Construction are not eligible.
2. Qualifying Referrals
A referral qualifies only when the referred party enters into a signed contract with Clahn Construction for a construction project.
The referrer must have the referred party’s permission to share their details with Clahn Construction.
Referrals must be submitted via our official channels (email, phone, or online form) before the initial contact between Clahn Construction and the referred party.
3. Reward Amount
The reward is 1% of the total contract value (excluding VAT) agreed with the referred client.
Only the primary contract value is eligible – additional works or variations are not included.
4. Payment Terms
The referral reward will be paid once the client has signed the contract and made the first payment or construction has commenced, whichever is later.
Payment will be made via bank transfer. Referrers must provide valid bank details and may be required to submit an invoice or proof of identification.
Clahn Construction will aim to process rewards within 30 days of project commencement.
5. Limits & Restrictions
Only one reward will be paid per referred project. If multiple referrers refer the same contact, only the first referral received (with time/date stamp) will be eligible.
The scheme is intended for personal referrals. Bulk referrals, automated submissions, or those made in bad faith will be disqualified.
Clahn Construction reserves the right to reject a referral if we believe the information was obtained unethically or in breach of data protection laws.
6. Tax and Reporting
Referral rewards may be subject to income tax. It is the referrer’s responsibility to declare any income to HMRC.
7. Changes and Termination
Clahn Construction reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the referral scheme at any time without prior notice.
Referrals made before any termination or change will still be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of referral.
8. General
Participation in the scheme indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Any disputes or claims will be resolved at Clahn Construction’s discretion.
